Alexander’s currently uses Square to process online payments for pickup and delivery food orders. We reserve the right to use additional third-party payment processors for other services offered on the Website in the future. You agree to comply with the terms and conditions of any third-party payment processor used on the Website.

Alexander’s disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
